1. Scope

The general terms and conditions regulate all deliveries and services from Lubamboo GmbH. Furthermore, the regulations of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply to the purchase contract. If a provision of these General Terms and Conditions is invalid or has a gap, this will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.

  

2. Offers and conclusion of contract

All offers are only aimed at customers residing in Switzerland. The contract is concluded by accepting the order. The confirmation from Lubamboo GmbH about the scope and execution of the delivery is decisive. If obvious errors occur in writing or calculation, Lubamboo GmbH reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. Due to technical factors, color reproduction of individual products may differ from the original. Errors excepted.

 

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices in the online shop are in Swiss francs (final price, excluding shipping fees). The prices are non-binding and can be adjusted by Lubamboo GmbH at any time. The costs for shipping and packaging are charged separately.

  

4. Delivery and delivery times

Delivery takes place after payment by credit card in the online shop to the delivery address specified by the customer in the order. Delays, if any, are not the responsibility of Lubamboo GmbH. Responsibility passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over for shipping.

 

5. Purchase on account

Lubamboo GmbH does not accept purchases on account.

6. Warranty and right of return

If defects in the delivered goods can be proven by the purchaser, they have the option of either choosing a replacement delivery or canceling the purchase. If a replacement delivery is not possible, the purchase cancellation comes into effect. The warranty does not cover defects and problems for which Lubamboo GmbH is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper use, interference by the customer or third parties, excessive load or extreme environmental influences.

Returned goods will be accepted within 10 days of receipt by Lubamboo GmbH, provided they are unused and the packaging and labels are undamaged. The customer bears the costs for the return. After the goods have been received by Lubamboo GmbH, the customer can exchange the goods if desired or the purchase price will be refunded. The shipping costs when ordering are not refunded. Please note that Lubamboo GmbH may refuse returns if the returned goods are not in the above condition.

The customer who resells the products is obliged to comply with domestic and foreign export regulations. In the event of a change to the resold products, the customer is liable to Lubamboo GmbH, the buyer or third parties for any resulting damage.

  

7. Privacy and Security

Refers to the separately listed data protection declaration of Lubamboo GmbH.

 

8. Final provisions

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the headquarters of Lubamboo GmbH. Swiss law applies exclusively. The parties involved will endeavor to amicably resolve any disputes that may arise during the execution of the contract. By ordering goods by the customer, these general terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted. Changes or additions to these general terms and conditions can only be made by Lubamboo GmbH.
